Changes devel.one from 1.0.0 to 1.1.0

- Bugfix: fix sender for pending messages after GetHostRecord exchange
  between remote hosts
- Move CNotifyRemoteHid(De)Registered to SYSTEM namespace
- CNotifyRemoteHid(De)Registered will be called now for all known remote hosts,
  not only for direct connections
- remove connection listeners, add service notifications for connection
- use releative pathes for record generator
- let record generator work without config dir
- add recorddb.xml for all plug-ins exporting record descriptions
  to avoid collisions with user recorddb.xml
- rename GatewayKeeper to GateKeeper
